I have spent my career inside the hard parts of organizational change. Not advising from the outside, but sitting in the rooms where the real decisions get made, with executives, HR (People), FP&A, procurement, legal, and operations, and then staying through the execution to make sure what was decided actually happened.

Over 15 years I have built offshore and nearshore teams from scratch, designed vendor relationships that actually hold, navigated system implementations, and led workforce transformations across organizations. I have done this inside companies going through acquisitions, rapid scaling, cost mandates, and the particular chaos that comes when a company outgrows the infrastructure it was built on.

What I have learned is that most transformation efforts fail in the same place. Not in the strategy session but in everything that comes after it. The vendor that was never properly governed. The system that was implemented on a broken foundation. The change that was announced but never managed. The offshore model that was stood up without the structure to sustain it. I have spent my career fixing those gaps and increasingly helping companies avoid them in the first place.

I started Emergence Advisory because I kept seeing the same pattern. Smart teams making high-stakes decisions, offshoring, outsourcing, AI integration, workforce restructuring, without the specific experience those decisions require. Not because they were not capable but because these decisions do not come around often and the cost of getting them wrong is real.

I am not here to hand you a framework and wish you luck. I get into the work with you and I stay until it lands.
